North Shore Trading Company promptly fills and ships your order to ensure freshness. Your coffee will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail or Federal Express. Shipping charges will be added to your order when you check out. Once your order is processed, we’ll email your order confirmation to you. For orders over 10 pounds, please contact us for shipping rates.

At check out simply select the shipping option you desire. Standard Priority shipping generally takes 3-5 days to the U.S. West Coast and 4-7 days to the U.S. East Coast. Delivery confirmation is included. Insurance is an available option at checkout. For Express delivery please select that option at check out. Express packages are typically delivered the 2nd day after being shipped. Please recognize our desire to ship you the freshest 100% Kona coffee. Shipping rates and time reflect the actual time in transit once coffee is packaged and shipped out.

For international orders, please e-mail us with your shipping address and order, and we’ll provide an accurate shipping cost and options available. Shipping rates and customs regulations vary according to the destination country. All taxes, duties and tariffs are paid by the recipient.
